Introducing Jennie & Brandon!

Introducing Kristen & Alan!

Jennie & Brandon

Our last wedding of the season! A bitter sweet time for us as we wrap up one of the best seasons yet! We are excited that we were able to have two December weddings this year. One in the rain and one during a BLIZZARD! What a winter wonderland it was!

We met Jennie and Brandon over a year ago and as the days counted down we were excited to meet them again and be a part of this winter snowy day! It was a cold one but Jennie and Brandon didn’t let that ruin their day. The Bride and Groom each got ready at two houses. Jennie was so excited and nervous. The bridesmaids slipped down the sidewalk to the bus and off we were.

The reception was at the Church of the Assumption in Ansonia, CT. One of the prettiest most elegant church’s we have been to. The ceremony went perfectly and everyone was all smiles and tears of joy.

After the ceremony we went to a friend of the bride and groom’s yard. This yard was so cool - literally! The snow was coming down hard but we got to pose near a warm outdoor fireplace and near all these neat Holiday lights. This yard was packed with decorations and made for some great wedding photos.

The reception was later that evening and the turn out was great! People made it through the storm to Mahan’s Lakeview in Wolcott, CT. The reception hall was beautiful and decorated for a wonderful winter reception. The DJ was spectacular and got everybody up and dancing. The food was unbelievable and they had a cake and a chocolate fountain too!

Even though Mother Nature tried to get in the way of our last two winter weddings - she did not ruin two lovely couple’s days. We wish Brandon and Jennie all the best! Check out our Facebook page for more freeze frames of this snowy wedding!

Kristen & Alan

We were fortunate enough to book our first December wedding ever. Kristen and Alan contacted over a year before their big day so we were excited to finally meet them! The Bride and Groom both got ready at the Baymont Inn & Suites in Manchester. While opening gifts from one another, they came to see they both bought each other the same thing, beautiful watches. Alan also got a handkerchief with a heartfelt message from Kristen, and he got her a pretty silver necklace with a charm that says “Mrs” on it!

Before the ceremony, Kristen and Alan decided to do a first look at a stunning white church in downtown Bolton. After a 2 years of planning the wedding, Alan waited anxiously to see Kristen. When the moment finally came to see each other it proved to be one of the most heartfelt and emotional first looks we’ve filmed so far! Photographs were taken at the same church and despite a little rain, nothing could dampen the excitement that was evident in both Kristen and Alan’s faces.

We then headed to Georgina’s Restaurant in Bolton, CT. for the ceremony and reception. From the outside it looked like just an Italian Restaurant, but inside there was an amazing banquet room that was perfect for a wedding. The room was decorated in red and black along with Christmas trees. The most touching part of the night was the father/daughter, mother/daughter, mother/son dances. The DJ recorded personal messages from Kristen and Alan that played during the songs. This was the first time we’ve seen that done and it made those moments even more special. We also had the opportunity to work with a new photographer who we instantly connected with, Sassy Mouth Photos. We were so honored to be a part of Kristen and Alan’s wedding and wish them nothing but happiness in the future!

Introducing Sara & Joe!

One of our last Weddings of the season - only two left to go! What a beautiful Fall Wedding this was and what a lovely couple to work with!

Sara & Joe

Our last October wedding was quite the sight to see! Sara and Joe had booked with us over a year before their big day. After meeting with them so long ago we were so excited to finally film their big day! The bride and groom got ready early in the morning. The groom was so excited and his group of guys were a lot of fun! The bride was stunning and couldn’t do anything but smile.
The ceremony was at St. Rita Church in Hamden. It was sweet and the couple looked amazing. After the ceremony we headed right to the reception to take the most amazing pictures. The reception was at the Barn at Wesleyan Hills in Middletown. This location was outstanding for pictures, especially with the Fall leaves and colors. There was the cutest flower girl and ring bearer too!
This Barn for the reception was like a dream. Quaint but GORGEOUS. It was filled with pumpkins, Fall decor, and harvest smells. With custom Apple Cider drinks and amazing Fall food, the reception was incredible. The barn looked like a film and the couple even ended their first dance with a romantic dip and kiss!
Sara and Joe had an amazing night together dancing and enjoying every moment. They couldn’t have been happier and we were so lucky to have met them and worked with them.

Introducing Anne & Dan! It was so great working with this awesome couple and their Fall wedding! :)

Anne & Daniel
One of our best Fall weddings yet! This day was gorgeous and ideal for Fall filming! Anne and Daniel got ready at their family’s home. They live in a modern barn on Anne’s parents property. The bridesmaids got ready in the main house, while the men got ready in the barn. It was an amazing property, packed with lovely Fall leaves.
The colors of the flowers and dresses were perfect for this cool October wedding. Dan waited patiently outside for his beautiful blushing bride. They saw each other for the first time and fell in love all over again. We took photos at the house in the yard, and even with their adorable puppy!
The ceremony was at Wesleyan Memorial Chapel at Wesleyan College. It was a beautiful church. The ceremony was lovely and following their vows we headed to a familiar place, St. Clements Castle! We love this reception hall. The gardens and views are outstanding for amazing shots. There was a fantastic cocktail hour with live music and great food. The reception was packed with Fall decorations and everyone had an amazing time dancing the night away. The couple had friends who made hilarious speeches and a super talented band. The band played every song imaginable and everyone danced the night away!
A successful Fall wedding in Wedding Belle Studios’ book!

Introducing Lori & Dan!! We love this couple and we are so happy to share their highlights film! :) Enjoy!
